Counseling for Anxiety and Depression

Calm ocean with ripples under a clear sky, light blue and white hues.

What I Do

I help people to understand their emotions and pain so they can build confidence, set healthy relationship boundaries, and feel more alive and engaged.

I know it’s scary to open up to a therapist after being let down by others. Still, my clients are always braver than they think.

Why I Do It

I believe emotional and spiritual healing, self-care, and mutual respect can change the world. I’m skilled at helping people sort through life’s messy parts—it’s what I do best.

For clients who feel anxious or guarded, my certified therapy dog helps create a calm, comforting environment so you can relax more quickly in session

You might be a good fit if…

You feel constantly overwhelmed or mentally drained

You want healing + hope but aren’t sure where to start

You’re used to being the strong one for everyone else

You miss the version of yourself that was calm, confident and creative
